RaagaOS · Music institute management
Make music institute management simpler. Give students more room to grow.
RaagaOS helps music institutes organise everyday operations, track student participation, manage practice activities and stay on top of administrative work.
Representative interface with sample data.
The everyday problem
Running an institute shouldn't feel like running an office.
Attendance lives in a notebook
A register at the front desk works until someone wants to know who has missed three Saturdays in a row, or whether a teacher's batch is shrinking.
Practice happens out of sight
Progress is made between classes. Without a record of practice, teachers find out a student has stalled only when the next lesson goes badly.
Fee follow-ups eat the week
Tracking who has paid, chasing who hasn't and writing receipts by hand takes time away from teaching and from running the institute.
One system for the front desk, the classroom and the student's home
Owners and admins work in the RaagaOS web portal. Teachers, students and parents use the mobile app. Both read and write the same records, so the attendance a student marks at the door is the attendance the owner sees in the evening report.

Features
What RaagaOS does.
Every feature here exists in the product today. If you need something that isn't listed, ask us.
Students and batches
Keep a profile for every student and group them into batches by instrument, level and timing. Assign teachers and see who is in which class at a glance.
QR code check-in
Students check in by scanning a QR code with the mobile app. Attendance is recorded against the right batch, with no register to transcribe later.
Practice logs
Students log what they practised and for how long. Teachers can review it before class and follow up with students whose practice has dropped off.
Fees and receipts
Track fees per student, accept online payments through Razorpay and generate PDF invoices, so the question “has this been paid?” has one answer.
Calendar and schedule
See classes and institute events on a shared calendar, so students, parents and teachers work from the same timetable.
Teacher management
Maintain teacher profiles, their batches and their students, which helps when you are planning capacity or covering a class.
Notifications
Send push notifications to the mobile app for reminders and announcements, instead of relying on scattered group messages.
Dashboard and reports
A dashboard of the numbers that matter day to day, with reports on attendance, students and fees for when you need to look back.
Your institute's branding
Add your institute's name and logo to the portal, so students and parents see your institute rather than ours.

How it works
A typical day with RaagaOS.
- 1
Set up your institute
Add your teachers, create batches and enrol students. Existing student lists can be brought across during onboarding.
- 2
Students check in and practise
Students scan in at class and log practice at home from the mobile app. Parents can follow along.
- 3
Teachers follow progress
Teachers see attendance and practice for their batches and know who needs attention before the lesson begins.
- 4
The office stays on top of fees
Admins track what's due, collect payments and send receipts, then review reports at the end of the month.
