What ReplyLoop stores
When you connect an Instagram Professional account to ReplyLoop, we store what's needed to run your automations:
- Your Instagram account ID, username and an encrypted access token
- Your automations, templates and settings
- Comments and messages that your automations received or sent, and the conversation history in your inbox
- Contacts and leads, including details people chose to share with you, such as an email address
- Link clicks and analytics for your automations
We never receive or store your Instagram password.
Option 1: Remove ReplyLoop from Instagram
This removes ReplyLoop's access and sends us an automatic deletion request.
- Open Instagram and go to your profile
- Tap the menu, then Settings and activity
- Tap Website permissions, then Apps and websites
- Under Active, find ReplyLoop and tap Remove
Meta then notifies us and we delete the data linked to that Instagram account. Meta gives you a confirmation code you can use to check the status of your request.
Option 2: Disconnect inside ReplyLoop
In ReplyLoop, go to Settings, then Instagram, and choose Disconnect. This stops all automations for that account, ends ReplyLoop's access and deletes the stored access token. To delete the rest of your ReplyLoop data as well, follow Option 3.
Option 3: Ask us by email
Email prashanth@amicios.online with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the email address you use for ReplyLoop and your Instagram username. We'll delete your ReplyLoop account, workspace and all the data listed above.
We may ask you to confirm the request from the email address on your account before we act on it, so that nobody else can delete your data.
When it's deleted
We confirm your request and delete your data within 30 days. Copies in backups are overwritten on their normal cycle and are not used to restore deleted data.
We may keep a small record that a deletion request was made and completed, and any information the law requires us to keep, such as invoices for paid plans.
RaagaOS, ClubSync and this website
If you use RaagaOS or ClubSync through an institute or club, ask that organisation first, since they control your records. You can also email prashanth@amicios.online and we'll help.
